Zone: 3-9 (8 and 9 in Florida) Plant Habit: Upright wildflower usually growing in clumps. Knowing this, I planted it in a dip at the end of my gutter drain spout, where it happily grew to over six feet tall. Can grow up to 48 inches tall. Unlike most sunflowers, this species is a perennial, so it’ll bloom in your garden year after year.
